Recreation department; 1.Raise and shine group, LC II, Kwagalana, BEUPA etc uses the hall. 2.Held a workshop, question; what could BCDP offer to our youths? Outcome; 17 youth members attended this workshop and they came up with many activities for more information would like you to refer to the report. 3.There are several new volunteers who would like to participate in the recreation sub committee. Problems; 1.Load shedding. 2.Misplacement of keys. Way Forward; 1. There is need for a proposal for the recreation department. |
